world leader in many products good health insurance good location good office liberal management clear company rulesgood reputation rather good salary good maternity support

Cons

some company rules are sort of ridiculous aftersales support is not considered really important no clear bonus system travel allowance too low for trips inside Russia poor training system

Pros

Competitive compensation, supportive management team, and thrive for customer satisfaction. Very innovative company that has a constant process to evaluate customer concerns to make improvements as quickly as possible to ensure that the customer always has the best product available.

Cons

I do not really experience any downsides while working for JC Bamford. The only con I could see would be better human resources management.
