      * Salary and benefits are ok, but competitors do better * In-house dentist

      Cons

      * Your manager will control your minutes * Not a place for experienced professionals. Company do not really follow good and contemporary practices. Very old school. See first bullet for an example. * Low flexibility in terms of holidays. * Factories in the middle of nowhere. * If you have to do a business travel, expect to wait for long to receive your refunds. Suggestion: don't travel or ask cash in advance. Don't borrow your money to them. * International trips? Get ready to spend your weekend traveling.

      Insurance, 401k match, and paid holidays

      Cons

      Gender & age discrimination. Young college grads without experience get paid more to start than seasoned skilled employees. Favoritism runs rampant and some managers actually try to get their own employees fired. Lots of revolving chairs there. Little to no opportunities for internal growth in certain departments.
