Pros

Pay isn't bad Bonus & cost of living pay rise was OK

Cons

Run like a dictatorship - one person at the top gets huffy and the company changes terms and conditions in clear breach of contract law then threaten anyone who stands up to them. Used to be able to work from home which got removed on a whim. Used to have flexible start and finish times which got removed with no notice. Changes to terms not done in a legal way. Senior management will not stand up to the directors. Factories only pay lip service to HSE and it's obvious they would get rid of safety procedures if it would make them more money.
