Stable and comfortable pace. Workload peaks and troughs as you would expect. Training is very good and everyone gets properly prepared for their job.

Cons

Always going on about it being a 'family' atmosphere but it's very much a standard corporate entity. Expects employees to donate 15-20 mins of free labour before and after every shift.
