Pros

Good pay for low skilled/semi-skilled employees. Plenty of overtime.

Cons

Face fits culture. Processes are a tad outdated compared to other manufacturers. Pay isn't competitive for Technicians/skilled workers.

Pros

Job stability Good growth Upto 10% pension Combined shutdown periods according to plant closure

Cons

Old fashioned thinking led by chairman, No home office allowed (everyone was ordered to return after covid!) Limited flexible working options (start between 7:00-9:30 but must work 8:00 hours every day, no banking hours, some overtime is "expected in staff contract" )
