Pros

Attractive overtime premiums. Well paid for the area. Interesting work and good amount of training given.

Cons

Strange management systems in some areas. No incentive to move from from the shop floor to the offices as it would result in a pay cut in most cases.

Pros

Salary is bearable, it is the fellow team members that make it worthwhile.

Cons

Numbers driven from senior management down. Only interested in KPI's and not getting the product repaired and running. Managers are not interested in the personal issues that people go through from time to time. No-one is viewed as a person, only a number..... This is why staff are leaving . If I could give JCB a lower rating for the way you get treated I would do so.
