Pros

There are no pros to joining this company.

Cons

There is no upside to joining this company. 1. No flexible timing, you have to work from 8.30 to 5.30 and if you miss even a few minutes you will get a mail saying you have missed. 2. A few months ago they just terminated about 100 employees and told them to leave the place and where escorted out by security, No respect to them what so ever. How on earth does anyone deserve that. 3. Senior management will get upset if you correct them. 4. Salary is always sub par to industrial standards. 5. The company is located more than 20 miles from any location and there is no regular public transport. 6. There is no salary structure or promotion structure. You could be the best at your field but if you don't listen to the management they will throw you out.

Pros

The company has some amazing products, and there are opportunities to learn quickly, which is great if you’re just starting out or want to develop new skills. I also met some really friendly people while working here and made a few lifelong friends.

Cons

Often thrown in the deep end with very little structured training to help you get started. This made things very overwhelming. The tend to restructure a lot, and I personally had three different managers in the space of a year, which made it difficult to find stability or build strong working relationships. Progression is difficult unless your face fits. Most treat JCB as a stepping stone.

Cons

Poor progression HR policies are dated as fixed holidays, fixed working hours, and no wfh. Timelines for projects are always unreasonable.
