Pros

The people I worked with were all very friendly with the exception of a few. I got good hours and good pay.

Cons

The training was horrible. I basically taught myself everything I knew on the register. The management sucks as there was a lack of communication.

Pros

If you do not have any real work experience, this is the place to go. There is a 15-20% employee discount on products as well.

Cons

The work is repetitive and can be boring. The pay is not that high and workers may need to work long hours. Closing is the worst part of the job because clothes need to be hung, organized, and folded everywhere.
