Pros

The community environment makes this a fun place to work. Great incentives for getting customers to apply for credit cards.

Cons

The stress level can become really high during the holidays and back to school time. Sometimes it is hard to take time off.

Pros

Being able to interact with customers and meet their shopping needs. Working as a team with other associates and becoming friends with them in the process.

Cons

Things that are out of our control as associates that make work environment and/or procedures more difficult. Not being scheduled as many hours as would like.

Pros

Benefits aren't fabulous, but they are better than nothing. Employee discounts Some of my coworkers were great...and the rest of them like to steal customers!

Cons

Low Pay Sometimes crappy hours It's retail. Being on commission blows, especially if you have cutthroat coworkers who like to steal customers
