1. You are not just treated as an employee, but team member/family 2. Motivation for innovation using new tech and software 3. Encourages further education and training as an individual not only as a company 4. Wide range of knowledge from DoD, VA, and other aspects of government contracting
Cons
Only thing I can think of is not having more company swag to wear.
