      Nice coworkers who are horribly mistreated by executives.

      Cons

      - Narcissism and nepotism from senior leadership. - Fits all characteristics of a toxic work environment. - Reviews on this site are copy and pasted across other job search sites. "Not enough company swag to wear." as a con in another review is truly laughable as being credible. - Leadership manipulates/pressures employees to give good reviews for the survey certifying the Good Place to Work award. - Severe under compensation with constant scope creep. - The worst leadership I've ever experienced.

      None that I can recall.

      Cons

      1) Nepotism. If you are family/friend you can expect to be treated well...if not... well you get the picture. 2) They recruit using temp agencies. Many issues relating to what I was told about the company and benefits were not correct. The benefits are probably some of the worst I've seen in the industry. 3) I'm unable to really express my true opinion and details about this company, because I keep getting "warned" by glassdoor to recheck what I'm divulging... aka someone at JCS has probably realized numerous former employees are posting about them online and even if it's the truth they are complaining about it because the reviews are not positive. Unfortunately, the truth hurts... stop trying to censor the truth and just treat your employees better!

      Can't think of any, horrible place to work.

      Cons

      If you are not one of the CEO's family members or part of the clique you are essentially not cared about and are taken advantage of. Horrible business practices, no room for growth, and an atrocious work environment. Do yourself a favor and do not work here.
