      Pros

      They are willing to work with you to expand your knowledge base by encouraging you to get certificates and continue your education. They are also great for balancing work and life. I have had two children while working here they are very understanding and instant that family comes first. All they ask is that you work with them and keep them informed when things come up.

      Constantly having to learn new things.

      Management is has exceptional. service. They will make you their priority in getting the tools you need to perform on well on the job. They boost your moral with team building exercise or events virtually. They know how to relate to their employees during this difficult time with fun activities

      Time was progressively more micromanaged, I prefer to work in an environment where task completion is more important than consistently "looking busy"
