Pros

I've never experienced a management style like I have with this company. I have greatly enjoyed working under my supervisors.

Cons

The only down side I can think of would be the benefits package. My main concern is that I won't be able to stay with this company when I decide to start my family because they don't offer maternity leave with pay.

I dealt with one difficult employee but he left or was terminated and I've had no issues since.
