Clear vision and strategy

Pros

Clear strategy and vision and decisions once taken are managed through to execution. Managed through the crisis without putting people on furlough, because the executive team was committed to manage through via other means. Flexible working in place, which means that you can work anywhere and anytime that you want or do not want.

Cons

Cannot be complacent if you work here. Expect to be constantly challenged.

Growth and Change

Pros

The people are wonderful and there are some really great managers who strive to assist junior team members. The flexibility is a perk and it's a great place to start a career in market research.

Cons

Lack of communication from decentralized leadership, lack of mobility and growth within the company, constant downward financial pressure to deliver more with less straining already frayed associates. Lack of merit increases or bonuses for those who have no direct impact on financial responsibilities is demoralizing and driving away young talent.
