The job allows interaction with ppl from all over the world from different offices.

Cons

Super heavy workload with tight timelines. Overworked and underpaid. Not getting the respect deserved from higher management levels within local and other countries offices. Process not developed properly, no proper plan to develop process. Career path is narrow and not diversified as compared to other companies of same industries.
