Pros

Extremely friendly management. Easy going atmosphere in the office, can sit down and speak with anyone. Made the best out of a bad situation - Publishing is a dying breed, and this company needed someone and something to happen to stop it from being swallowed. The path and the direction that the company is now going is fantastic. Whole new management system have come in with a fresh attitude and amazing vision for the company, taking phenomenal steps in the right direction. All the teams are now in the same office creating a relaxed and creative atmosphere where everyone can share ideas and communicate in one place.

Cons

Before the new management team came in there were a lot of people floating by doing the bare minimal, and thinking that was acceptable and then wondering why the company wasn't at his full potential. Luckily all of those people are no longer within the company and everyone who works here now shares the same vision for the company. There has been some very big decisions made that not everyone would necessarily agree with, but were for the greater good of the company.

Pros

The vitality healthcare is quite good. I'm told the new office is quite nice. You can work from home most of the time.

Cons

You're going to be walking into a company thats being chopped up and repackaged and then re-branded ready to be sold on (Autovista Intelligence is the same company). Most of the knowledgeable staff have either been made redundant or have moved on. The future direction of the company relies on a delusional business model of selling information you could easily find on google free of charge. Its a European company so you have the inevitable power struggle between the offices. Projects are allowed to continue even when its obvious they have failed just to appease certain regional managers. All the top jobs go to former employees or friends of the CEO.
