Good benefits, flexibility to work from home. Decent pay.
Cons
Not sure where to begin. This place lacks culture or energy. The Troy office is very drab and is not conducive to any socialization. Everyone just hides in their cube. Upper management is pretty clueless. There are people that have been employed here for like almost a year and have never done any work. Just sitting and watching YouTube all day. If you are used to any type of innovation or technology at your former job, you will die from lack of creativity here. No one understand websites or social media and their role in the customer experience. Really missing a huge opportunity here.
