Pros

Good team. Good work-life balance. Managers are down-to-earth and interested in your success, providing help and support whenever needed. Extended long-weekends.

Cons

Salary could be higher. Deadlines are not always clear because you are working with so many different teams within the company.

We strive to clearly communicate during the Incentive Analyst interview process that the volume of data at times requires additional overtime monthly during our peak periods, which can consist of working on weekends and stat holidays. In those cases, the company subsidizes the stat pay and overtime pay for hours worked by our employees per ESA guidelines. We’re happy to share that there are many internal opportunities to move around within the company and we encourage all our employees to regularly explore our internal job board.
