Great industry training and ongoing personal development. Lots of flexibility and a great brand new office environment with lots of activities and free lunches.

Cons

Very low opportunity for growth and the pay scale is lower than any counterpart average client position. Because the flexibility you are expected to be always on call meaning nights and weekends. The bonus compensation is very low comparing to the net profit. High employment turnover.

Pros

Good environment, good people to work with, decent benefits. If you're in one of the major offices, then there are lots of other groups outside your own with occasional job openings.

Cons

Location, location, location- the HQ is in a very expensive area to live with most of the more affordable options more than 25 minutes away. A lot of groups appear to be understaffed and career paths aren't clear. The building's interior is disappointing for a HQ, too. It certainly doesn't feel like a HQ building.
