      Pros

      The best reason to work at J.D. Power is because you feel part of a family because all your work is interconnected with everyoine else. No one has one specific project that is solely theirs which helps you learn knew things every day by collaborating.

      Cons

      Unfortunately they downsize frequently, but what company doesn't? Also, it is actually a testament that they are not afraid to take risks and sternly do what is best to keep the company up and running,

      People that work there are great - work schedule can be relatively flexible depending on your department/superiors

      Cons

      Company stuck in the past, everything moves at a snail's pace, too much red tape to get anything done. Pay is low for the industry, and promotion rates are far behind the industry.
