      Individual level contribution was possible and I personally enjoyed that.

      Pros

      Lovely company to work in which is fully flexible and remote. Very nice culture, with lots of benefits and extra holiday given to all staff in the summer and Christmas. They have a lovely culture, strong products and offer a great career. Sadly my role came to an end but if you get the chance to work here - take it.

      Some politics between departments, which seems to hold the company back.
