I have started my research associate career in J.D power. I feel it is the best place for any beginner like me. The team is really supportive a give wide range of opportunity to learn and explore new things

Completely WFH. Offices available in some cities though if you want. Great team members. Flexible work schedules.

Cons

CO's run town halls that praise themselves for profits, but employees won't get bonuses unless they're upper management or executive teams.

We also have a discretionary award program that provides managers with a tool to deliver one-time cash bonuses throughout the year for performance and results beyond their normal job duties.
