Pros

Pretty good work ethic for the most part when it comes to WFH and in-person, little micro-managing, and decent benefits.

Cons

Lack of direction for company and care for employees when extra days off are seen as a suitable replacement for compensation increases. Oh, no cost-of-living increases, and barely any wage increases at all for the four years working. They do not pay the average market value for 3D artists in this area (nor any area for that matter) and any time it's brought up, its shoved aside with minimal care given to the subject with a pretentious and condescending explanation why it can't happen. Communication is lacking in upper management and lack of appreciation or recognition in work completed is extremely frustrating.

Pros

The data, if you love cars, is fun to use, the interpersonal relationships can be quite strong and pay isn't terrible for low experience.

Cons

It is very difficult for management to reward hardwork, compensation is wholly tied to VC investment ideas and work load can push +60 hours a week easily.
