Company growing through acquisition, comes with challenges and opportunities

Pros

Company has fantastic data assets and reputation with their clients and customers. Working level culture is pretty positive.

Cons

Right now going through post-merger pains with several acquisitions during a time where white collar wages are rising across the industry. Senior management can be disconnected from working levels.

The people is one reason why J.D. Power is a great company to work for, Very collaborative, supportive, trusting and they empower you to do your job. Even though you work from home you still feel like you are part of a team and they show their appreciation.

Cons

I don't really see any downside working for J.D. Power.
