Pros

The people are wonderful and there are some really great managers who strive to assist junior team members. The flexibility is a perk and it's a great place to start a career in market research.

Cons

Lack of communication from decentralized leadership, lack of mobility and growth within the company, constant downward financial pressure to deliver more with less straining already frayed associates. Lack of merit increases or bonuses for those who have no direct impact on financial responsibilities is demoralizing and driving away young talent.

Pros

JD Power hires good people, for the most part.

Cons

Leadership lacks direction, seems like they want to squeeze as much money out of it as possible. Layoffs are very frequent and everything is uncertain since the new merger. There is no transparency from the top down.
