      Pros

      People are friendly and knowledgable. Training is very well thought out and executed. Company benefits and perks are good.

      Cons

      Employee morale and job satisfaction is lower in the past few months due to the impending sale of the company. Communication from top management concerning the sale and how it will affect the employees is lacking.

      Beautiful new Westlake Village office, opportunities for advancement, helpful and encouraging teams and management, our work is valued, leadership is transparent and friendly throughout the office, internal organizations

      Did not receive a lot of initial training in regards to company history, culture, using vacation time, setting up benefits, etc. However, everyone is willing to explain your questions once you ask

      Cons

      People the say its contract to hire position but never hire due to budget constraint. So don't expect to get hired it's just contract position. Learn better politics to handle people rather knowing technology. So much micro or nano management. People used to work with excel or word so don't try to change the manual work. Be Cautious before giving any ideas.
