Great research products - if you're going to do market research, syndicated is the way to go. Focus on automotive is great for people who love cars. And your colleagues are really great - nice, smart, and team players.
Cons
Senior management never seems to "get" what's going on. Reorganizations are planned without input from employees and rolled out sans advance communication. Senior management tends to raise everyone's targets equally every year instead of placing bets on high growth areas and funding those. Professional development and pay advancement usually occurs by switching jobs internally - hard to do so without one's group, which points back to problematic HR practices. And the pay scale is less than what people could make elsewhere.
