Thank you for taking time to provide a review. We aren’t sure when you left the company, but over the past three years we’ve aquired and/or merged with over eight companies! Work/life balance is important to us, and we now have extended paid time off at the beginning and end of summer and at year end which provides our employees time to truly disconnect. We agree that managers need feedback about how they are doing, and we now conduct two engagement surveys per year, and manager dashboards give our managers detailed information about their management style and what their employees need to be successful.
