      A great group of people working towards a common goal. Supportive, friendly, and driven to succeed.

      Cons

      Post COVID work from home is challenging but my group is sharing tips and practices that work for each. I am happy to have this support.

      - Every single person is down-to-earth and very supportive. It is clear that everyone works as a team to move towards improvement. - Rapid growth allows for more career options - Work is fulfilling and it is clear to see how it connects to the overall strategic direction

      - Some areas are very siloed but it is something the organization is looking to improve upon
