      Company growing through acquisition, comes with challenges and opportunities

      Pros

      Company has fantastic data assets and reputation with their clients and customers. Working level culture is pretty positive.

      Cons

      Right now going through post-merger pains with several acquisitions during a time where white collar wages are rising across the industry. Senior management can be disconnected from working levels.

      Management has an open door policy, easy to talk with and great communication. Co-workers are always willing to help or assist where needed, Great company to work for!

      1. Smart people to work with. 2. Manager and colleagues are very supportive. 3. Work from home 4. Unlimited PTOs 5. DEI engagement, caring about diversity.

      Cons

      1. Bonus only for certain level which is very disappointing. 2. Salary and salary raise is not at all matching with the current industry standards and inflation. 3. Only up to 3% 401K match
