Pros

One of the best reasons to work at JD Power is the people. The post production team has been more than welcoming and always has such a funny and kind energy that makes the work environment feel fun and safe to be in.

Cons

I can't think of many con's, maybe just that it can sometimes be easy to find yourself having some technical issues, such as passwords not working or errors in uploading or running certain programs, etc. However that just happens sometimes when working with technology and the team has been really understanding and helpful when these problems arise.

In the short time I've been here, I'm so impressed with the leadership of this company and how they truly care about the well-being of their employees - from setting up our technology to ensure we have breaks in-between meetings, to health initiatives such as yoga and high intensity workouts each week, to Focused Fridays to allow us time to work on projects... and so much more! I'm grateful to work with a diverse group of people who bring a variety of skill-sets and backgrounds to our teams' projects, goals and objectives. The energy is high and we have each other's backs. I love it here and hope my role with J.D. Power continues to be a long and mutually-beneficial one!

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that as the company thrives on being change makers. This may have been a challenge for some employees through the mergers and acquisitions they've had in the past few years but to me change is good.
