Pros

Good Benefits Work with Auto industry is well known and respected.

Cons

Salary is low, raises are abysmal, bonuses are minimal. No incentive to work hard in lieu of work/life balance. It makes sense just putting in the time and finding something else better. Turnover here is very high and chaotic. Office in Westlake Village and Costa Mesa are troublesome to get to.

Pros

Not much comes to mind. Apply at your own risk. Be prepared for instability, and the inability to trust certain managers.

Cons

There are definitely self-serving directors with no conscience. It is hard to feel stable witb constant fluctuation. Best of luck.
