Collaborative, transparent and fabulous culture. People really believe in the mission and values here! Supportive leadership that wants to be involved. So many new and great initiatives that include employees of all levels. LMS (training) is available to everyone at any time.

Cons

Like other companies the 'great resignation' has teams lean, however hiring managers and the TA Team are working tirelessly to bring on top talent.
