The company is moving towards the expert analysts being more focused on "value-add" work rather than process-oriented work, which means having more of an opportunity to flex your skills and learn new things. The work environment is relatively flexible and it is not difficult to get time off.

Good company to work with. Great people.Very friendly. Professional work atmosphere. Timings are fixed 9aam to 5pm and very disciplined. Lots of learning opportunity as an intern

Cons

No clear communication or explanation of work to be done. very small team. No clarity of roles. Small office and can get boring sometimes.
