      very successful company, newest technologies

      Cons

      company growth brought new managers that don't care about your contribution to the company. veteran people are afraid to talk about it, its very easy for new employees to complain to their managers. they tell you about the jfrog codex, but at the end they don't care about you at all. until they figure what's happening many people will leave the company. I don't recommend working for Jfrog.

      tl;dr : amazing management Iv'e been in 2 teams until now with 3 managers total, every time I felt burnt out or wanted a change - everyone of the managers sat with me an we decided together what will be the best path for me in the company. regarding WLB - there are times where the it is expected to work overtime (usually 2-3 weeks prior to a major release) but most of the time no one will raise an eyebrow if you leave early
