      Pros

      No Micromanagement you are very free. You get an amazing computer you can work from home and office the manager is very acceptable, you have amazing co workers. This is a great company to develop in.

      Cons

      Only reason I left was because the salary was to low went to another company that was micromanagetment higher salary realised what Im working with is not what I wanna do anymore.
