Pros

The team in Australia is very united, very friendly and collaborative. You have autonomy on your job, and good energy. Also the company gives good treats and takes care of you, it has a good product that stands out from the competition.

Cons

Given that the APAC Head Quarters are in India, sometimes the meeting could be out of hours, but I think that's a common thing when you work with peers from other regions (Specially when you live in Australia).

Pros

After 4+ years at JFrog, I can honestly say that if you are willing to put in the work and drive tangible results, you will be recognized, rewarded and have the opportunity to level up and grow! The culture at JFrog also has been a stand out! The values mean something here and there is true commitment you can see and feel. It's clear that JFrog is committed in creating a great place to work where employees can do their best work. Lastly, JFrog is leading the charge as a disruptor and pioneer of modern software delivery! It's amazing what we have accomplished to date but even more excited about the impact we will have in the future with AI.

Cons

We move fast. If you prefer a slow, predictable 9-to-5, the "Leap" might feel intense. You have to be comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes.

Overall a great company

Pros

A successful company with excellent products and a loyal audience, awesome people, an encouraging work culture, very strong values, great compensation (stock is up more than 100% in a year) and a really great office atmosphere

Cons

The only downside is that many stakeholders are involved in approving decisions, and almost all decisions escalate to the CEO, who is deeply involved in everything. The decisions made always turn out to be the right ones, but the approval process is often longer than expected.
