Pros

If you share the same views your golden

Cons

The internal culture has become increasingly rigid and top-down, especially in sales and go-to-market functions. Leadership Style: Sales leadership, including top-level executives, often operate with a strong command-and-control style. Reps frequently feel micromanaged, and decision-making is highly centralized. In some cases, feedback or differing perspectives are met with resistance, which can create the perception of retribution for speaking up. Low Transparency in Terminations: The company operates in an at-will employment state, which is legal, but there is little to no opportunity for lower-level employees to present their perspectives when conflicts or misunderstandings occur. This can create a sense of instability and fear. Cultural Sensitivity: There was a company-wide meeting where commentary on international issues was shared in a way that felt political and polarizing to some employees. While companies can and do take values-based stances, the delivery and tone made some individuals feel uncomfortable or excluded. One example cited a past employee’s departure in relation to these views, which created concern about whether personal beliefs were tied to job security. Environment of Fear: Many employees feel that they need to carefully manage perceptions rather than focus on performance or innovation. Process and policies change frequently, and internal systems can feel chaotic.

Pros

Everyone has a voice, everyone can make a difference. Team spirit never dies, always something exciting around the corner. The offices are great places to work. Never dread coming in. CEO is awesome! He's funny, down to earth, really cares about his employees and is leading the company to success. Perks: Catering, mass transit, gym fees, car chargers, nice desks and equipment, fair expense policies, great company parties. Plenty of chances to succeed. If you have respect, drive, and innovation, you can make a difference in how the company operates. Products are unparalleled in the industry, always great to be behind highly desired software with no competition.

Cons

Just like traffic, you have a few people that are just in it for themselves and make it harder for everyone else. It's rare here, rarer than anywhere else I have worked, so it's really just a fact of life. If you are hoping for a job that gets easier as time goes on and the hours get shorter, you're in the wrong place. This is a place for people who work hard because they want the company to succeed, the customers to be happy and to enrich themselves. Minumum-effort people are not well-respected and don't do well here. Work like tends to bleed into personal time often.

Pros

Customer facing, opportunity to work on new technologies, great location, good salary based on the experience, great team, exposure to meet different people through conferences, good culture.

Cons

No flexible working hours. No other benefits or perks. Lesser number of PTOs and sick leaves, no WFH, no 401K matching, health insurance provider could be better.
