Pros

Team's attitude towards helping each other out is the important aspect I value the most and haven't experienced in my past. Career Growth opportunities are abundant. Learning the best practices and current technologies in Devops and perfect place to be at, if you want to build a career in the Devops field. Personal Perks, Gym Perks, Monthly Travel allowances and the daily catered lunches are the best you can find in start-ups.

Cons

Nothing I could think of

Pros

JFrog hires super talented people. Team members are seasoned professionals that work together to inspire each other and do great work. High energy startup vibe and people are smiling all day. Everybody give 120% with a goal to build a successful company. Makes me proud to be part of and that is a pleasure to work at. The pay, benefits, and culture are excellent!

Cons

JFrog is a (very!) fast-paced startup environment that challenges us to do more than just our job description. Like any human being, people do mistakes , across all levels and yet as part of the company culture, no one is afraid to take responsibility, correct and learn from these mistakes to ensure we all improve. In such situations this might be seen as a stressful environment and not all people like it (which is perfectly fine). However, for those who understand what is the startup life, this part of the game! Must run fast, must work under pressure, must correct mistakes, improve and WIN!!!
