Pros

JFrog has an amazing technology stack and a strong engineering culture that encourages innovation and ownership. The people are highly skilled, supportive, and genuinely care about each other. The company promotes flexibility, a great work-life balance, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Cons

Sometimes the pace of change is fast, which can be slightly overwhelming , but it also keeps things exciting and never boring

Strong values and innovation, but could empower teams more

Pros

Deep commitment to Israel and social responsibility. Financially stable and strategically managed with clear vision. Strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. Regular employee surveys demonstrate interest in staff perspectives. Competitive benefits and a generally positive work environment.

Cons

Decision-making can feel too top-down, with limited input from employees on the ground. As the company grows, processes can become slower and harder to drive. A bit too rigid about on-site presence — “Collaboration Days” don’t always feel meaningfully different from regular days.

Pros

Mature products with clear customer value; work feels meaningful. Engineering culture values ownership, clean code, testing, and reliability. Reasonable on-call for my team and healthy work-life balance overall. Modern tooling and pragmatic processes.

Cons

Some legacy areas add complexity and documentation can lag behind. Career ladders are not equally clear across all engineering teams.
