Pros

As a support engineer, there are good amount of resources to fall back on to assist with cases. Everyone helps each other.

Cons

At some point, there can be stress due to certain customers, but this is true for any customer service job. Senior DSEs seem to complain often about their workload though.

Pros

One of JFrog's 10 values, called the "Codex" is Care and as a leader here, I often see it in action. It comes in many forms, from providing a really great environment at work where we think through every detail to providing honest, constructive feedback to colleagues to helping people when a loved one has passed or is sick.

Cons

It's an intense place to work - the attention to detail means working hard and thinking about everything.
