      * Employee care - one of the only companies that avoided mass layoffs by being level-headed with finances and not jumping into the hyper-growth bandwagon * Work environment & management promote collaboration and risk-taking * Many growth & learning opportunities * Very good compensation * Strong company values, no wasteful extravagant company events (may be a con for some)

      * Development agility * Erratic stock performance * While very good, compensation won't match FANG-level companies
