Leadership encourages ownership and gives teams the autonomy to make meaningful decisions. The cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Cloud teams is one of the best I’ve experienced. Work-life balance is respected, and the hybrid model allows flexibility without losing the sense of team connection.
