Pros

Friendly working enviroment with people of various nationalities.

Cons

Little to no advancement oportunities, transfers to other departments only availible per company "needs" and ONLY for those on contract with JLR, not agency workers. No support when it came to stress claims, preferential and discriminatory behaviour from group leaders and/or managers. Constant and regular payment issues, all the way up to not being payed at all for up to 3 weeks. Amateur and unprofessional HR staff. Overall, an experience I would not recomend to anyone !
