Pros

Thinking about it. Will get back to you.

Cons

The salaries are kept to just about cover inflation so after 10 years you're on the exact same income. This is a clever move and they know what they're doing. There is so much wokeness, white people feel marginalised. The ageism is RIFE. If you're over 30 something forget it. Experience is actively punished. The company says it offers career guidance and support for what you want to do - but doesn't do anything and in fact, constantly pushes you and puts obstacles in the way so you have to stay where you are. A stunted, broken company, with a growing population of woke know nothings.

Pros

Good work environment with respect and balance between personal and professional life.

Cons

Salary increases do not keep up with inflation, as a portion of the increase is provided through lump sums.
