      Comfortable workplace with good work life balance Generally great colleagues and nice environment A great career stepping stone offering some interesting learnings and transferable skills

      Very political environment with unclear strategic direction and unstable management Capped growth and limited opportunities based on competencies Competing priorities between departments and siloed environment making it impossible to deliver in 99.99% of the cases with most time being spend on raising blockers, impediments and playing email tennis Roles are hardly ever what they say they are on paper
