      - Excellent salary - Excellent training opportunities - Excellent career progression opportunities - Excellent employee benefits (Discounts on vehicles, access to Ford scheme, discounts with various retailers, excellent maternity/paternity pay, access to ELS fund (£200 towards a new learning experience every year), amazing pension (you pay 6% salary sacrifice, JLR top up with 10%).
