      Pros

      Flexible working, rewarding and all round friendly place to work. You quickly get to know many people, whether that be in a work sense or social. JLR are keen on keeping employees happy with extra curriculum activities inside and outside of work. Working to create incredible, premium products is always a great motivational factor.

      Cons

      As with any large growing company learning to walk before we run is sometimes an issue. Those who shout the loudest are unfortunately most powerful, however times are changing with impact from mindfulness training and awareness.
