      Large amount of working changes and management changes.

      The money is good, you learn to adhere to healthy and safety procedures.

      Cons

      Shift work is difficult, don't really care about the employee, and are more concerned with volume.

      A lot of training and a lot of benefits to the role. Loads of perks to the job, very friendly atmospehre. Very supporting if youre struggling or need help

      Your job role can vary at the needs of the business, you could be one department but doing another departments work as of when they need you to
