Pros

Excellent pay, sick pay, generous holidays. Rewards incompetence.

Cons

Advancing is hard. Employ promote friends rather than best people for the job. If your good at your job you get stuck on it, However if your not good they put you on easy jobs.

Pros

Good products, a collaborative culture with employees and peers, and certain good perks. Growth opportunities exist. Some good communication tools eg teamtalk and question time

Cons

Bullying can be disguised through the term of high performance. Highly political environment with the old guard focussed on empire building. This is done at a cost to added value and quality. Bad systems, bad processes , bad planning leads to a culture where problem solving of issues is heavily rewarded and no accountability for the bad decisions. Getting to work and parking is absolutely horrendous. Not a lean culture...
